How to Use

Remove the patch from the envelope. Peel off the protective transparent film and place

the patch on your skin where it works best for you. It is recommended to place it on the

abdominal area. The patch will reach optimal heating within 10 minutes. You could use

more than one patch at the same time on different areas.
