The KAINE Kombu Balancing Ampoule Toner is a vegan pH balancing ampoule toner. Packed with antioxidants, including 60% fermented kombucha and Vitamin C to rejuvenate skin. The formula includes concentrated panthenol and eight kinds of hyaluronic acid to improve skin’s moisture level, elasticity, texture and resistance against irritation.
How to use:
- Soak a cotton pad or palm an appropriate amount of toner and wipe over cleansed skin.
- Alternatively put 2-3 drops of toner into the palm and gently pat into the skin.
