Refund and Returns Policy


For hygiene purposes, we don’t offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. Makeup cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

We offer no exchanges on cosmetics. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund it for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

At delivery, the courier won’t allow you to open the package, as the packages are insured.
If you have any problems with the order please contact us and we’ll send you a new courier to either exchange or refund your order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and cannot be opened.

All responsibility for allergies is down to the consumer to check the product specification prior to purchase and to carry out a patch test if you have sensitive skin.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require an order ID or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
